企业工会应站在建设一流工会的高度,坚持树立以人为本思想,以促进经济建设为中心任务,紧紧围绕推动民主管理"凝聚人心"、做好服务群众"温暖人心"、提升企业效益"鼓舞人心"、加强工会建设"赢得人心"开展工作,发扬主人翁精神和发挥主力军作用,成为企业安全、生产、经营、管理等一切活动实践主体的科学发展之路,营造企业和谐稳定、高效发展的良好氛围。

Enterprise trade union should stand in the construction of first-class labor union,insist to establish a people-oriented ideology,take promoting economic construction as the central task,focus on promoting democratic management to 'unite people's minds',serve the masses to warm people,enhance enterprise benefits to inspiring people's hart,strengthen the construction of trade unions to win the hearts of the people,carry forward the spirit of the master and play the role of the main force,to be a scientific development road for all subjects of enterprise safety,production,operation,management and so on,create a good atmosphere of harmony and stability,efficient development of enterprises.
