Research on the Opening and Sharing of Large-scale Equipment in the State Key Laboratories in the Field of Geoscience

通过对2010~2015周期地学领域46个国家重点实验室大型科研仪器设备信息公开和开放共享平台建设的分析,揭示了当前国家重点实验室科技资源共享现状;并分析了国家重点实验室科研设备开放共享存在的主要问题,提出了宏观资源调度,加强专业队伍建设,积极面向社会需求等推进开放共享的思路。

According to the analysis of the current situation of information disclosure and opening and sharing platform construction of 46 state key laboratories in the field of geoscience during 2010~2015, this paper revealed the sharing current of scientific and technological resources in the state key laboratories. And then, the paper analyzed the main problems on large-scale scientific research equipments, and put forward the ideas of macro-resource scheduling, strengthening the construction of professional team, and actively meeting the social requirements, so as to promote the opening and sharing.
