Design and Implementation of the Earthquake Emergency Response System Based on Grid Data

以山西省公里网格人口、经济、房屋数据为基础,从系统架构、技术路线实现、数据库设计、功能模块及算法、系统工作流程、产出结果内容结构等方面阐述了地震应急响应系统的设计与实现。以2016年山西省运城市盐湖区Ms4.4级地震为例,进行地震触发,评估速度较快、精度较高、预评估灾情的空间分异性明显。

Based on the kilometer grid data of population, economy and housing in Shanxi Province, this paper introduced the design and implementation process of the earthquake emergency response system from several aspects, such as system architecture, technology implementation, database design, functional modules and algorithms, system workflows and product. Taking the Ms4.4 Yanhu earthquake in 2016 for example, the results show that the evaluation is fast, precise, and spatial heterogeneity of the disaster pre-assessment is obvious.
