摘要
在高精度要求的特种设备安装测量中,精度的优劣是评定测量方案是否合理与可用最为重要的依据。结合抗震工程技术实验室地震模拟试验台面板安装测控工程实例,详细论述了面板安装控制网的设计、面板安装测控方案以及面板实际测控结果的精度分析等内容。通过分析理论和实际测量结果认为,采用高精度智能型全站仪自由设站与极坐标相结合的测量方法,能够满足地震模拟试验台各型面板安装测控高精度的测量要求。
In the measurement of special equipment installation with high precision requirements, the accuracy of the measurement scheme is the most importantbasis of the rationality and availability for the measurement scheme. Combined with the engineering example of the seismic simulation test table panel installation measurement for the earthquake resistant engineering technology laboratory,the design of the control network for panel measurement, the scheme of panel installation and the accuracy analysis of the panel measurement results were discussed in details. From the analysis of the theoretical and practical measurement results, the result shows that the measurement method which combined polar coordinates measurement method with the high precision intelligent total station,can meet the high precision measurement requirements of the various types panels' installation measurement control of the seismic simulation test table.
