摘要
利用Solidworks2012和ANSYS 14.5/Multiphysics模拟软件,对电池壳的焊接动态过程进行仿真分析。通过应力分析可知,在尼龙电池壳焊接制造过程中,由于温度的作用,在焊缝处形成薄弱环节,在静置过程中会在圆孔连接处以及箱体尖角处产生应力集中。经一定时间的孕育期后,微裂纹在应力的诱导作用下扩展汇合,最终造成电池壳宏观开裂漏液。
The process of nylon battery shell welding was analyzed by the simulating software of Solidworks2012 and ANSYS 14.5/Multiphysics. By the tension analysis, because of the temperature, a weak link would be shaped at the weld joint. And the weak link would become stress concentration at the circle hole joint and body of the shell. As the time past, the weak link would be extended and broke the shell.
