摘要
描述了大功率电源控制器EMC设计的一般原则,并从器件选择、PCB设计、工艺设计、机壳屏蔽、功率器件EMC等多方面进行了EMC详细设计。采取接地、布局、布线、屏蔽、滤波等多项措施进行综合治理,提高电源控制器的EMC性能,达到预期效果。
The general principle and the detailed design of EMC for power conditioning unit(PCU) was described in this paper, including the component selection, PCB design, process planning, shielding and power devices. The comprehensive control measures such as layout, wiring, shielding, filtering were taken to improve the EMC performance and achieve the desired effect of PCU.
