摘要
为了提高电源输出功率和效率,提出可编程逻辑PLC的电源节能智能控制器设计方案。其中控制器采用模块化的方法进行硬件设计,在嵌入式环境下实现控制程序植入和兼容性设计。控制器主要包括A/D模块、逻辑可编程控制模块、上位机模块、电源电路、时钟电路和功率放大模块等,采用PLC为主控芯片,实现电源滤波和高频噪声抑制,提高了电源的节能效果。系统测试结果表明,采用该控制器进行电源节能控制,电源的输出功率和效率改善效果明显。
To improve the output power and efficiency, a programmable logic PLC power saving intelligent controller design scheme was proposed. A modular approach was used to design the hardware, and the control program of implantation and compatibility of the design was realized in the embedded environment. The controller mainly consisted of A/D module, programmable logic control module, the host computer module, power supply circuit, clock circuit and power amplifier module, and PLC chip was adopted to realize the power filter and high frequency noise suppression and improve the energy saving effect of the power supply system. The test results show that the energy saving control power, output power and efficiency is improved significantly.
