摘要
本文改进了酱油中乙酰磺胺酸钾的检测方法。建立了以ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6×100mm,3.5mm)为液相色谱柱;以乙腈、10mmol/L乙酸铵(pH=4.0)为流动相;检测波长为280nm;流速为1.0mL/min的检测方法。讨论了滤出液和洗脱液体积的选择。结果表明,乙酰磺胺酸钾在0~0.5μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性,检出限为1.43μg/mL,加标回收率为92.1%~97.5%。与国标方法相比,该方法提高了方法检出限、准确度及精密度。
The determination of Acesulfame potassium in soy sauce was improved. The method in this paper was developed based on paper HPLC column ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6×100 mm, 3.5 mm) with acetonitrile and 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate(pH=4.0) as mobile phase, with flow rate at 1.0 mL/min and UV detection wavelength at 280 nm. A good linear was between 0 ~0.5μg/mL. The detection limit was 1.43μg/mL. Adding standard recoveries were between 92.1% ~97.5%. The recovery and detection limit were improved.
