航天诱变美国石竹SP1植株叶宽和生理特性关系的分析

摘要 为探讨航天搭载诱变对美国石竹SP1代植株叶宽和生理特性的关系,利用"第21颗返回式卫星"搭载美国石竹种子,返回地面后进行种植。根据植株叶宽进行聚类分析,按照聚类分析分类结果对各项生理指标分类统计;结果表明:三类株系之间叶绿素a、叶绿素b与叶绿素a/b几乎没有变化;SOD活性、CAT活性、MAD含量与叶宽成负相关关系,而POD活性与其反之;脯氨酸含量与其既不是正向关系也不是负向关系。 In order to explore the effects of the space mutagenesis on the leaf width and the physiological characteristics of Dianthus barbatus SP1, its seeds were carried on the 21st recoverable satellite, and were planted after returning back to the ground. The cluster analysis was made according to the plant leaf width, and the physiological indexes was classified according to the analysis results.The results showed that chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a/b were almost unchanged in the three strains.The activity of SOD and CAT, MAD content and the leaf width were negatively correlated, while the activity of POD was just the reverse; Proline content is neither positively nor negatively correlated with it.
