摘要
双E类放大器作为大功率无线充电系统的高频激励源具有更加安全、稳定的性能。首先通过电荷量比较的方法计算得出,在相同电压应力条件下,双E类放大器的输出功率相对于单E类放大器提高到4倍。然后使用相同的方法分别对单E类放大器与双E类放大器进行参数设计和实验数据对比。最后用双E类放大器作为高频激励源,结合串-并联谐振式线圈传输结构,以及电压匹配电路构成完整的无线充电系统,输出给48 V蓄电池充电。在传输距离为6cm的条件下,可达到2 A的充电电流,传输效率为68%。在大功率输入条件下,高频激励源的电压应力较低,实验结果验证了双E类放大器应用在无线电能传输的优越性。
Class-E amplifier array has more secure and stable performance as a high frequency excitation source of high-power wireless charging system.Firstly, comparing the quantity of electric charge,the output power of class-E amplifier array is four times than class-E amplifier under the same voltage stress.Than the parameter of class-E amplifier and class-E amplifier array with same mean is designed, and the data of simulated and experimental is compared.Finally,wireless charging system with class-E amplifier array and the structure of series-parallel resonant coils and voltage matching network are constructed to charge the 48 V battery,which has 2 A of charging current with 68% efficiency at a distance of 6 cm, which can provide enough input power with low voltage stress, the experimental results verify the superiority of the class-E amplifier array in the wireless power transmission.
