摘要
为满足中小功率永磁同步电机(PMSM)的驱动控制需求,设计了一种PMSM驱动控制器,给出了主控电路和功率驱动电路的原理框图。在硬件电路设计基础上,设计了软件控制流程。考虑控制系统存在内部参数摄动和外部负载扰动,设计了自适应滑模控制(ASMC)方法,以提高系统转速控制性能;采用该控制方法对驱动控制器进行硬件测试和实验研究。实验结果表明,ASMC可有效抑制系统扰动,提高系统的鲁棒性及动态响应性能。同时,设计的驱动控制器有较高的电流检测精度,具有较好的驱动控制性能。
In order to meet the requirements of small and medium power permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) drive and control, a driver of PMSM is designed, and the schematic diagram of the main control and power drive circuit are exhibited.Based on the design of hardware circuit, the software control flow is also proposed.Taking the interhal parameter variations and the external load disturbance into account, adaptive sliding mode control(ASMC) method is proposed to improve the speed control performance and then the method is utilized to made experimental research and hardware test on the driver.The experimental results demonstrate that ASMC can suppress the system disturbance effectively as well as improve the dynamic and robust performance of the system.Meanwhile, the designed driver has a high current detection accuracy and a satisfying drive control performance.
