乳液是食品、化妆品及药品中常用的体系之一,随着科学技术的发展,微乳液在营养因子、药物输送及材料构建中起着越来越重要的作用。介绍了几种常见的微乳液的制备方法,并阐述了其在药物控释、纳米材料合成、微反应器等方面的应用。
Emulsion is commonly used in food,cosmetics and medical field.With the development of science and technology,emulsion system plays an important role in drug,nutrition delivery and materials fabrication.Introduce several common micro-emulsions preparation methods,and relate its application in nano-materials synthesis,micro reactor and drug controlled release.
