基于手机APP的食品质量安全管理平台研究

Exploration in Protect Food Security Management Platform Based on Mobile Client APP

在利益驱动以及食品监管不力等客观大背景下,我国食品质量安全事件频发。通过建立手机新媒体平台,将食品质量安全事件查询、检验、投诉和监管等主要功能移植到手机APP上,发生食品质量安全事件时,及时公开相关信息,并建立专项渠道收集合理化建议,对有效投诉进行奖励,鼓励公众积极参与食品质量安全监控,从而达到提高公众的食品安全意识和健康水平,增强食品企业诚信观念,从而达到保障食品质量安全的目的。

Because of the interest driving and insufficient food security management,food quality problems in China have occurred frequently in recent years.Transferring the main function which include searching,inspecting,complaining and supervising the food security management to an APP in smart phone by building a new-media phone platform,we can publish the information in a short time,establish special channels to collect reasonable suggestions,reward valid complaints,encourage the public to actively get involved in food quality and safety supervision and control when food quality problems happen.The aim of enhancing the public food security consciousness and healthy level,strengthening food enterprise awareness and ensuring the safety of food quality can be achieved.
