摘要
随着现代职业教育改革的不断深入,作为国家教育综合改革试验区的上海市,自2014年起率先启动中等职业教育-应用本科教育贯通培养模式试点建设。以上海应用技术大学、上海食品科技学校、光明食品集团(上海益民食品一厂有限公司)"食品科学与工程专业"中等职业教育-应用本科教育贯通培养模式试点建设为例,阐述了"中-本"贯通教育人才七年一体化培养方案、课程结构、实践教学环节以及准订单培养机制设计原则和举措,为构建中职—应用型本科贯通教育立交桥提供借鉴。
With the deepened vocational education reform,a "3+4 combined training system" between secondary vocation education and applied undergraduate education was firstly built in Shanghai as one of experimental units for educational reforms.As a sample that Shanghai Institute of Technology,Shanghai Food Science and Technology School and Bright Food Group Shanghai Yi Min NO.1 Foods Co.,Ltd.constructed together the "3+4 Combined training mode" between secondary vocation education and applied undergraduate education for Food Science and Technology Specialty.The integrated consistent training program during 7 years,course structure,practical teaching link and quasi-order form training principles and their measures were described in this paper,in order to provide reference for building a cloverleaf intersection of higher vocational education.
