摘要
微藻种类繁多,富含多种生物活性物质及必须营养元素。此外,微藻因其种属及生长环境的差异还能够合成各种具有特殊生物活性的新化合物。目前,微藻因其丰富的营养物质和特殊的活性功能,在许多领域都有着巨大的经济利用价值和开发潜力。主要综述了微藻在食品、化妆品、动物饲料及医药四个领域的研究进展,并为微藻进一步的开发和利用提供参考。
Microalgae is rich in a variety of biological active substances and essential nutrient elements with various species.In addition,because of the different species and growing environments,microalgae can synthesize many new compounds with special biological activities.Currently,due to the rich nutrient and biological active substances,microalgae has an important economic value and development potential.Review the recent progress of comprehensive development and utilization of microalgae,and aim to provide advices for further study.
