科技期刊主编负责制的实践与思考——以《储能科学与技术》为例

Practice on the (deputy) chief editor responsibility system in sci-tech periodicals: a case study of Energy Storage Science and Technology

This paper discusses the influence and operations of chief editor or deputy chief editor responsibility system in editorial board which can improve the academic level of the sci-tech periodicals.Taking Energy Science and Technology as an example,the principle of establishing such system is introduced.The main functions of the system are analyzed in detail,such as enhancing the academic influence of periodicals,promoting the journals,strengthening the cohesion of the editorial board,and arousing the enthusiasm of other members.It is suggested that reasonable evaluation system,deep service consciousness and proper benefits could promote the healthy development of the system.For a new journal,the practice has proved that the proposed system can promote its academic influence rapidly.It is essential to enhance the influence of the periodicals through more detailed and professional management and good communication,so as to ensure the sustainable development of the system.
