如何培养团队中青年编辑的编辑学研究能力——以北航文化传媒集团学术期刊事业部为例

Methods to develop young editors' editological research ability: taking the Academic Journals Division of Beihang Cultural Media Group as an example

根据北航文化传媒集团学术期刊事业部的工作实践,总结出培养团队中青年编辑的编辑学研究能力的方法,即:因材制宜,挖掘研究方向;讲练结合,完善研究成果;研以致用,运用研究成果指导实践。运用科学的方法指导和组织青年编辑有效进行编辑学研究,既能增强编辑工作的成就感,又能提升团队整体的编辑素养,实现工作、科研、应用(编、研、用)的高度结合。

Based on the practice of the Academic Journals Division of Beihang Cultural Media Group,this paper generalizes some methods to develop young editors ＇ editological research ability,which includes analyzing editors ＇ characteristics to help them choose research topics,polishing the research outcome by revising the research papers and adopting face-to-face communication,as well as applying the research outcome to the practice of running a journal.Using scientific methods to guide young editors ＇editological research can not only raise their sense of achievement of career,but also enhance the editing qualification of the whole team,which helps to realize the perfect combination of work,research,as well as application.
