用冷冻断裂技术观察二氧化硅粉尘对细胞膜损伤与柠檬酸铝的抗损伤效应

摘要 本文应用冷冻断裂技术观察了SiO_2,对红细胞和肺泡巨噬细胞膜内结构的影响。结果表明SiO_2,粉尘可在短时问内引起细胞膜内颗粒分布的改变,并且这种改变与细胞形态的变化有密切联系;提示,SiO_2引起的膜内结构变化是其致细胞膜损伤的重要形态标志之一。同时进一步观察表明,柠檬酸铝能有效地抑制SiO_2诱发的膜内结构改变。 In this study the effects of silica on intramembranous structure of erythrocytes and alveolar macrophages were observed with the freeze-fracture technique. Results showed that silica could induce the alteration of the intramembranous particles in distribution pattern and quantity in both types of cell membranes, and in macrophages the alteration was in close relationship with the changes of cell morphology, suggesting that the alteration ofintramembranous structure induced by silica is one of the important marks of the silica-induced membrane damage. Meanwhile, further observations showed that aluminium citrate could effectively inhibit the silica-induced alteration of the intramembranous structure.
