外槽轮排肥器关键工作参数对排肥量影响的仿真与试验研究 被引量:32

摘要 明确排肥器工作参数对排肥量的影响,有助于提高外槽轮排肥器的排肥性能。应用离散元法(EDEM)研究外槽轮排肥器工作过程的基础上,以外槽轮工作长度、排肥轴转速、排肥舌开口角度为试验因素,以排肥量为评价指标,综合应用离散元法、二次正交回归试验、排肥器排肥台架试验,研究排肥器工作参数对排肥量的影响。建立外槽轮排肥器工作参数与排肥量之间的数学模型,明确工作参数对排肥量影响程度大小依次为:外槽轮工作长度、排肥轴转速、排肥舌开口角度。仿真与台架试验排肥量的平均相对误差为10.04%,且试验结果的方差分析结论一致。研究成果可以为施肥机械排肥量的调整和机具设计提供依据。 Analyzing the influence of the working parameters of the fluted-roller meter on fertilizer amount contributes to improving the performance of the fertilizer metering mechanism. Based on the discrete element method, this paper studied the working process of the fluted-roller meter. Taking the amount of fertilizer as the evaluation index, with the comprehensive application of Discrete element method (EDEM), quadratic orthogonal regression design method and stand test of fertilizer ejecting device, the roll length (L), roll rotational speed (n), and flap angle (a), were selected to study the effect of working parameters of the fluted-roller meter on the fer- tilizer amount. In this study, a numerical model was developed between the working parameters of the fluted-roller meter and the fer- tilizer flow amount. Effect of different working parameters of the fluted-roller meter on fertilizer amount in a decreasing order were: roll length (L), and roll rotational speed (n), the flap angle (a). The average relative error of fertilizer amount of the simulation ex- periment and stand test of fertilizer ejecting device was 10.04 %, and the conclusion of variance analysis of the test results was consistent. The results can provide a basis for the adjustment of fertilizer ejecting parameters and implements design of fertilizer machine.
