摘要
玉米地膜覆盖栽培技术可以有效解决保墒抗旱问题,但目前广泛采用的是膜上种植模式,这种模式存在雨水利用率低、雨后易形成板结、揭膜难度大等亟待解决的问题,设计一种集起垄、施肥、覆膜及膜侧播种功能于一体的玉米起垄施肥覆膜播种一体机,该机采用行间覆膜、膜侧播种模式。试验结果表明,该机可稳定可靠完成起垄、施肥、覆膜及膜侧播种的功能;与膜上种植模式相比,地膜破损度较小,保温保湿效果显著,提高降雨利用率,蓄水保墒效果较好,揭膜难度减小。该玉米起垄施肥覆膜播种一体机减轻劳动强度的同时有效解决了保墒抗旱问题,对于干旱地区的玉米生产具有重要意义。
Pattern of planting corn with membrane can effectively obtain the soil moisture conservation and drought resisting, but planting above the membrane has problems, such as low utilization ratio of rainwater, easy to harden after raining, difficult to uncove- ring the membrane, and so on. Thus, a ridging-fertilizing-filming corn seeder was designed, which can film between rows and plant- ing beside the membrane. The results show that this designed machine can complete the operations reliably, which appear less mem- brane damages, better heat preservation and moisture conservation performance, higher utilization ratio of rainwater, and less difficul- ties of uncovering membrane, compared with pattern of planting above membrane. The designed seeder can effectively reduce the labor intensity, and has great significance for corn production in arid regions
