摘要
针对目前花生脱壳机存在的主要问题,对脱壳装置关键部件进行改进设计,将原有铁质套筒材料换成尼龙,并对其开凹槽,对其长度、厚度进行探索,对其结果进行两次对比试验。试验结果表明:当尼龙套筒长度50mm、厚度6mm时为最优;凹槽式尼龙套筒性能整体上优于铁质套筒。
Paper aims at the main problems existing in the peanut shelling machine, improving the design of key parts of sheller, which means changing the original material of iron sleeve into nylon sleeve with uniform groove, and length and thickness are explored, two contrast tests are performed based on the results. Experimental results show that nylon sleeve is the best when the length is 50ram and the thickness is 6mm. And nylon sleeve with uniform groove is superior to the iron sleeve in performance.
