我国种子包衣机概况与发展思考

General situation and introspection of seed coater development in China

包衣技术是提高种子科技含量、实现种子质量标准化,促进农业增产增收的一项高新技术。种子包衣机作为种子加工处理必不可缺少的设备之一,是推动种子包衣技术前进的重要驱动力。目前我国种子包衣机存在自动化程度不高、密封不严、包衣剂损失大等问题,严重制约相关技术装备的推广应用以及种子包衣质量的提高。本文在分析种子包衣机类型特点及其工作原理的基础上,阐述我国种子包衣机发展概况及存在问题,提出加快发展我国种子包衣机的措施与建议。

Seed coating is a high technology, which can enhance the seed technology content, realize seed quality standardization, and promote the agricultural yield and income. Seed coater is indispensable for this technology, but some problems exist in China, and have severely restrict the promotion of equipment and improvement of seed coating quality, such as low automation degree, bad seal- ing performance, high loss of coating materials, and so on. Types, characteristics and working principles of seed coater are analyzed in this paper, and general situation and existing problems in China are elaborated. Based on that, some proposals and countermeasures for accelerating the develooment of seed coater in China are provided.
