摘要 研究了染色温度对羊绒纤维力学性能的影响。建立了关于染色温度与羊绒纤维的断裂强力、断裂伸长率和卷曲率等力学性能的MGM(1,N)模型,并对模型的背景值进行了优化。MGM(1,N)模型可拟合染色温度与染色羊绒纤维力学性能指标间的关系,可预测不同染色温度下染色羊绒纤维的断裂强力、断裂伸长率和卷曲率等性能。研究结果表明,MGM(1,N)模型具有较高的预测精度,对羊绒纤维染色工艺的制定有一定的指导作用。 The influence of dyeing temperature on the mechanical properties of dyed cashmere fiber was studied.The MGM(1,N)model focused on the dyeing temperature and mechanical properties of dyed cashmere fiber,such as and breaking strength,breaking elongation and crimp rate were established,and the background value of this model was optimized.This model can be used for fitting the relationship between the dying temperatures and the mechanical properties of dyed cashmere fiber,and it could be used to predict the breaking strength,elongation and crimp rate under different dying temperatures.The results showed that the model had high prediction accuracy,and had a certain guiding effect on cashmere dyeing process.
