摘要 复合材料叶片预型件可分为厚度小幅增大的主体部分和厚度大幅增大的榫头部分。在满足叶片预型件中间层纬密一致的条件下,通过合理配置纬纱线密度和表层纬纱密度,实现了榫头部分厚度较大幅度变化和表面平整一致的要求。 Composite blade preform can be divided into a main part of thickness increased slightly, and a joint part of thickness increased significantly. Under the condition of keeping the weft density of the middle layer consistent, the requirements that the thickness of the joint part must increase significantly and the surface of the joint part must be smooth and consistent were realized through configuring the linear density of weft yarn and the density of surface weft in weaving reasonably.
