卷吸速度对点接触区域润滑剂流动性能的影响

摘要 对球盘点接触区域润滑剂的动态流动特性进行研究,利用高速摄影技术实时捕捉点接触区域润滑剂的流动情况,结合CFD软件FLUENT的计算结果,对不同卷吸速度下点接触区域润滑剂的速度场进行分析。结果表明:润滑剂在点接触区域的流动基本处于层流状态,在流经接触区域时出现了先汇聚后分离的现象,且这种现象随卷吸速度的增加有所增强;润滑剂在接触区域的速度大小与其所处位置有关,在入口附近速度有急剧增加的现象,这种现象随卷吸速度的增加逐渐向两侧偏移并减弱。 The flow characteristic of lubricant in point contact area was studied.The flow of lubricant in point contact area under different entrainment speed was observed by using high speed photography and simulated by using FLUENT.The results show that the flow of lubricant in the point contact area is in laminar flow.The lubricant is firstly gathered and then separated when crossing the contact area, and this phenomenon is increased with the increasing of entrainment speed.The velocity magnitude of lubricant is relative to its position, a dramatic increase in velocity is founded near the entrance of point contact area, and it is gradually shifted to both sides and decreased as the entrainment velocity increases.
