扩散分光光度法测定黑枸杞中的氟 被引量:4

摘要 植物样品中的氟化物含量是生态地球化学调查的必测项目之一,通常样品中氟化物的含量都很低。目前用于分析氟化物的方法有很多种,主要有分光光度法、离子选择电极法、气相色谱法、高温燃烧水解/离子色谱法。但是对于黑枸杞来说,并没有一种指定的分析方法。通过扩散法对黑枸杞样品进行前处理,采用分光光度法测试黑枸杞中的氟,氟的线性很好,检出限为0.39μg/g,相对标准偏差为5.6%。国家一级标准物质样品平行测定的结果表明该方法的准确度和精密度都很好,可以准确测定黑枸杞中氟的含量。 The content of fluoride in plant samples is one of detecting items in ecological geochemistry survey measurement. Usually the content of fluoride in samples is very low.The methods for analysis of fluoride mainly include spectrophotometry, ion selective electrode method, gas chromatography and high temperature combustion hydrolysis/ion chromatography. But for black Chinese wolfberry, there is no specified analysis method. In this paper, black Chinese wolfberry samples were pretreated by the diffusion method, and then fluoride in the black Chinese wolfberry was determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that, there was a good linearity, the detection limit was 0.39μg/g and relative standard deviationwas 5.6%. The results obtained by determination of parallel standard sample showed that the accuracy and precision of the method were good. So the method can accurately determine the content of fluorine in black Chinese wolfberry.
