The application of textile materials in medical field was classified firstly; then some ap- plications of new textile materials in medical field were discussed; finally the development status of textile materials in medical field were briefly introduced. And it was put forward that, the design of medical textiles involved muhidiseiplinary, which required collaboration in different areas to promote the development of medical textiles. At the same time, the relevant national standards needed to be supplemented as soon as possible.
