中西医结合治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒呕吐理论初探

A Preliminary Study on the Theory of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Ketoacidosis with Vomiting

恶心、呕吐是糖尿病酮症(DK)或酮症酸中毒(DKA)失代偿期的常见表现,此类急症的处理通常都以西医为主。中医方法参与相关治疗的指导理论几乎空白。本文通过对DKA呕吐的现代研究以及中医病因病机、针药治疗方法作出初步探讨以丰富中医理论的发展。并思考认为:发挥中西医结合优势治疗此类病症可拓宽中医药现代运用的治疗范围,或加速病情好转以减轻患者痛苦,同时也是对中医理论自信的体现。

Nausea and vomiting is a common manifestation of decompensated diabetic ketosis （DK） or ketoaci- dosis （DKA）,and such emergencies are mainly treated with Western medicine. The guiding theory of traditional Chinese medicine participating in related treatment is almost blank. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the modem research of DKA vomiting,the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM, and the methods of acupuncture and medicine therapy to enrich the development of TCM theory. And taking full advantage of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine will be broaden the treatment scope of TCM in modem stage. It accelerates the improvement of the disease to alleviate the pain of patients, and also reflects the confidence of the theory of tradi- tional Chinese Medicine.
