自拟清热泻火汤联合康复新液治疗疱疹型复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on Qingre Xiehuo Decoction Combined with Kangfuxin Decoction on 58 Cases with Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer of Herpes Type

目的观察自拟清热泻火汤联合康复新液治疗疱疹型复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法将101例疱疹型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分为治疗组58例与对照组43例,均予西医对症治疗,治疗组另予康复新液与自拟清热泻火汤治疗;两组治疗均5 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,跟踪随访6个月。结果从近期疗效(局部主要症状变化、临床疗效、中医证候疗效)和远期疗效(疾病复发例数和疾病复发程度)等方面比较,治疗组均优于对照组。结论采用自拟清热泻火汤联合康复新液治疗疱疹型复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效显著。

Objective： To discuss the clinical curative effects of Qingre Xiehuo Decoction combined with Kang- fuxin Decoction on 58 cases with recurrent aphthous ulcer of herpes type. Methods： 101 cases with recurrent aphthous ulcer of herpes type, according to the criteria of treatment,were divided into the combination group （58 cases） and the basic group （43 cases）. On the basis of the treatment standard of recurrent aphthous u｜cer of her- pes type ,the basic group was given symptomatic Western medicine treatment;the combination group ,apart from the treatment of the basic group,received Qingre Xiehuo Decoction combined with Kanffuxin Decoction. The treatment course lasted for 5 day,and there were 3 courses. After treatment was over,the patients were followed up for 6 months. Results： The combination group was better than the basic group from the short-term （local main symptom change,clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect） and from long-term effects （the number of disease recurrence and the degree of disease recurrence）. Conclusion： Qingre Xiehuo Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Decoction on recurrent aphthous ulcer of herpes type has a remarkable clinical curative effect.
