双藤消痹汤治疗类风湿关节炎急性期的临床观察

The Clinical Study of Shuangteng Xiaobi Decoction on Acute Stage of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察双藤消痹汤对类风湿关节炎急性期的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将收治的80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组予西医常规治疗联合双藤消痹汤;比较两组治疗前后DAS28、ESR、CRP、RF评分情况。结果两组DAS28、ESR、CRP、RF水平均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后观察组在DAS28、ESR、CRP、RF水平均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%,与对照组的85.00%相近(P>0.05)。结论双藤消痹汤对类风湿关节炎急性期疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shuangteng Xiaobi Decoction on the acute stage of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,and the experi- mental group received routine Western medicine treatment combined with Shuangteng Xiaobi Decoction. The changes of DAS28, ESR, CRP and RF scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups, and the curative effect was evaluated in the two groups. Results： The scores of DAS28,ESR, CRP and RF in the two groups were changed compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment,the scores of DAS28,ESR,CRP and RF in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 87.50% in the experimental group and 85.00% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Shuangteng Xiaobi Decoction has a significant curative effect on acute phase of rheuma- toid arthritis ,worthy of clinical promotion.
