摘要
目的了解当前实习护生临床共情能力现状,为有针对性地提升护生的共情能力提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样法抽取在本院实习的护生230名作为调查对象,利用杰斐逊共情量表作为研究工具对护生临床共情能力进行调查。结果护生临床共情能力总得分为(111.98±10.434)分,其中观点采样维度(54.37±5.930)分、情感护理(40.63±4.807)分、换位思考(16.98±2.493)分;护生不同学制,是否为独生子,是否曾担任过(副)班长、团支书,其直系亲属是否医务工作者,则共情能力得分不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论某院护生临床共情能力处于中等水平,仍需进一步加强护生共情能力培养,尤其是学历为专科、独生子、未担任过班干部的护生。
Objective To grasp the present status of empathy in nursing students so as to provide references for improving their empathy abilities. Methods A total of 230 nursing students practicing at our hospital were selected by convenience sampling method. The Jefferson empathy scale was used as a research tool for assessing their empathy abilities. Results Their mean empathy score was( 111. 98 ± 10. 434) points,view sampling dimension( 54. 37 ± 5. 930) points,emotional care dimension( 40. 63 ± 4. 807) points and transpositonal consideration dimension( 16. 98 ± 2. 493) points. With regards to different school systems,whether or not as a sole child in family,serving as( deputy) group leader or league secretary in a class and whether or not lineal consanguinity as medical professionals,the empathy scores were different( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The empathy ability of nursing students is at a moderate level at this hospital and has much room for strengthening especially for those with junior college education,a sole child in family and never serving as a class leader.
