我国部分省(区)猪圆环病毒3型的分子流行病学研究

Molecular Epidemiology of Porcine Circovirus Type 3 in Some Provinces of China

2016年美国报道了一种可引起猪皮炎肾病综合征、母猪繁殖障碍、呼吸道及高热等多系统炎症的新型病毒猪圆环病毒3型(Porcine circovirus type 3,PCV-3)。为了解我国PCV-3的感染情况,针对PCV-3保守区设计一对特异性引物,对10个省106份样品进行PCR检测并测序分析。结果表明,10个省(区)中6个省(区)为阳性,地区阳性率60%;66个猪场中感染PCV-3的猪场为12个,猪场阳性率为18.2%;106个样品中检测PCV-3阳性的样品为19例,样品阳性率为18.0%。研究结果为更多了解PCV-3在我国感染情况提供了数据基础。

In 2016,a new virus was identified with porcine circovirus type 3 （PCV-3） that caused porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome,reproductive disorders,respiratory disease and high fever and so on in the United States.In order to investigate the infection of PCV-3 in China,a pair of specific primers were designed according to the conserved sequence of PCV 3.106 samples collected from ten provinces were detected by PCR,and the PCR products were sequenced and analyzed.The results showed that there were 6 PCV-3 positive provinces from 10 provinces,the positive rate was 60%.And there were 12 PCV-3 positive swine farms from the 66 swine farms,the positive rate was 18.2%.There were 19 PCV-3 positive cases from 106 samples, the positive rate was 18.0%.This study provided the basis data of PCV-3 infection situation in our country.
