摘要 用3种不同厂家的上浆剂对碳纤维表面进行上浆,测试和比较了3种上浆剂对碳纤维宏观形貌、光泽度、扩散性、毛丝量、硬挺度等表观性能的影响,并对碳纤维与环氧树脂的接触角和界面剪切强度进行测试.结果表明:在同样上浆条件处理下,松本上浆剂处理后碳纤维的集束性强,纤维间抱合力大,与环氧树脂的界面剪切强度为75.59 MPa;上海有机化学研究所上浆剂处理后碳纤维的性能已经接近于松本上浆剂,甚至在某些方面上超过松本上浆剂,其与环氧树脂的界面剪切强度高达77.54 MPa. Three different kinds of sizing agents were applied to modify the carbon fibers. The effect of different sizing agents on the apparent properties of carbon fibers was comparatively studied, such as macromorphology, glossiness, diffusivity, broken filament amount and stiffness. The interfacial properties, including contact angle and shear strength, between carbon fibers and the epoxy resins were also characterized. In the same sizing processing condition, the results reveal that the carbon fibers sized by agents from Matsumoto have good building and strong cohesive force between fibers. The interfacial shear strength is 73.56 MPa. The properties of carbon fibers modified by agents from SIOC(Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry) are close to agents from Matsumoto and in some aspects are even better than agents from Matsumoto. The interfacial shear strength reaches up to 77.54 MPa.
