面向用户的公共图书馆社会影响机制的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the User-Oriented Social Impact Mechanism for Public Libraries

文章在分析社会资本、个人资本概念以及TAM、TPB模型的基础上,提出公共图书馆社会影响机制的概念模型,并利用调研数据验证了公共图书馆社会影响机制。研究表明由社会目标、社会环境和社会服务资源所体现的社会资本变量,由信息意识、信息技能体现的个人资本对于图书馆社会价值作用的发挥影响积极而显著。指出社会资本和个人资本对于公共图书馆发挥社会影响的积极作用应该引起足够的重视并加以探讨。

On the basis of analyzing the concept of social capital, personal capital and TAM and TPB, this paper puts forward the conceptual model of social impact mechanism of public library. Based on the survey data of the public library, Public library social impact mechanism, included the role of users’ personal factors, social environment as well as library social service was explored and deduced. The study shows that the social capital variables embodied by the social goals, the social environment and the social service resources, personal capital reflected by the information consciousness, information skills are positive and significant for the social value of the library. Therefore, social capital and private capital and its impacts on public libraries should be paid more attention and discussed.
