摘要
始极片是传统铜电解生产的核心,除工艺参数控制和添加剂的种类、数量主要影响其质量外,种板的打磨情况也是影响始极片质量的关键因素。本文对电解分厂采用机组打磨种板改善始极片质量及其实施过程的优化措施进行了介绍,对种板打磨影响始极片质量的机理进行了分析,并对其在生产实践中的打磨质量、效率、槽电压和始极片质量、成品率、经济效益等固化效果进行了详细的阐述。
Copper starting sheet is the core of the traditional copper electrolysis. In addition to process parameters control, and the type and quantity of additives, polishing of the starting sheet is also a key factor affecting the quality of the starting sheet. The paper introduces the polishing machine unit to improve starting sheet quality in the tank house and the optimiation meatures used during the process. The paper also analyzes the influence mechanism of starting blank polishing on the quality of starting sheet, and specifically elaborates its effect on the polishing quality, efficiency, tank voltage, starting sheet quality, product yield rate and economic benefits in practice.
