稀土萃取搅拌槽不同挡板的三维流场数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法,分别对稀土萃取中竖式挡板和三角形挡板的搅拌槽内三维流场进行数值模拟。选用多重参考系法和标准k-epsilon双方程模型进行模拟,对两种挡板的速度分布云图、速度矢量图和湍流动能云图进行对比分析,为搅拌槽的结构设计与优化提供理论依据。 The numerical simulation of 3D flow field is carried out by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) on vertical baffle and triangle baffle in rare earth extraction agitation tank. The multiple reference frame method and the standard k-epsilon double equation are used to simulate for the model. The velocity distribution diagram, velocity vector diagram and turbulent kinetic energy of the two baffles are compared and analyzed, which provides theoretical basis for structural design and optimization of agitation tank.
