摘要
短叶茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)是中国东南沿海普遍分布的湿地植物,其对污水净化能力的研究鲜见报道。设置短叶茳芏湿地小型生态系,将实验分成了植物+土壤+污水(有植物),土壤+污水(无植物)两组处理,定期添加污水,探讨其不同生长阶段对污水的净化效果,结果表明:短叶茳芏小型生态系能显著降低污水中的I_(Mn)、BOD_5、NH_4^+-N、NO_3^--N、TN、PO_4^(3-)-P、TP浓度,对污水污染物的去除率均高于无植物的小型生态系。短叶茳芏生态系对污水中I_(Mn)、BOD_5、NO_3^--N、TN浓度去除率随月份的变化而变化。其中对污水I_(Mn)、NH_4^+-N、TP、PO_4^(3-)-P指标的去除率与地上生物量显著相关(P<0.05),这说明植物生长对其净化能力具有重要影响。
Cyperus malaccensis is a wetland macrophyte widely distributed in southeast coastal wetland in China, with its sewage purification ability rarely reported. In this study, wetland microcosms with and without plant of Cyperus malaccensis were set. purification by Cyperus malaccensis during different Sewage was added in microcosms monthly, sewage growth stages was studied. The results indicate that the microcosms with plant can decrease the contents of .IMn, BODs, NH4 -N, NO3- -N, TN, PO43- -P and TP of sewage significantly. Removal rates of pollutants of microcosms with plant were higher than that of without plant. Removal rates of IMn, BODs , NO3- - N, TN were different during different months, and correlated with above biomass significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Plant growth was an important control factor on sewage purification.
