中国电影转型升级,需要成熟而强大的高等电影教育及其人力支持资源体系。高等电影教育需要从"扫盲""补丁"阶段大力提升,缩小与"市场的一线"、国际市场高度和"一带一路"电影的差距;设置电影科学院和电影商学院;形成各个电影院系的"门派站位",确立与电影业界、市场和资本的功能定位;重视"匠人和匠作"教育;在课程和师资的核心关系上,确保课程体系的教学"宪法"意义;逐步建立双主体的工作室教学方法。

The transformation and upgrading of Chinese film demands mature and strong advanced film education and human resource system to support.
