江苏省美术馆藏新山水画述论

Review of New Mountains and Water Painting Collected in Jiangsu Provincial Art Gallery

20世纪50至70年代,一批国家艺术创作和教育机构的画家们,在毛泽东文艺思想的指导下,贴近时代,反映现实生活,表现社会主义建设、革命圣地、毛泽东诗意以及具有时代气息的壮丽河山,这一特定历史时期的山水画创作被称为"新山水画"。在新山水画的开创与发展上,江苏是重要的艺术阵地,有许多精品佳作现藏于江苏省美术馆,其中不乏傅抱石、亚明、钱松喦、宋文治、魏紫熙等画家的代表作品。他们在写生与创作的意义、山水画文化观念的转换、中国画传统的继承发展等方面,以新题材、新笔墨、新的审美境界,成功探索出在传统基础上实现中国画发展的新路,由此确立了其在艺术史上的贡献与地位。

During 1950s - 1970s, painters in national art creation and education institutions reflected real life, socialist construction, revolutionary holy land, Mao Zedong poetical meaning through mountains and water painting. We call that new mountains and water painting. And Jiangsu province is the significant art front of that painting. There are a lot of excellent works collecting in Jiangsu provincial art gallery including Fu Baoshi, Ya Ming, Qian Songyan, Song Wenzhi, Wei Zixi＇s representative works. They explored a new way of Chinese painting and innovate in theme, brush strokes, and aesthetic ideal realm. And this establishes its contribution and status in art history.
