基于扎根理论的企业家精神动态演化机理研究

On the Evolutionary Mechanism of Dynamic Entrepreneurship Based on the Grounded Theory

企业家精神是一个涵盖多维度的动态概念,在企业生命周期中,其会实现从个人层面向公司层面的转换。文章基于扎根理论分析方法,通过多案例研究,归纳了企业家精神由个人层面向公司层面的演进过程,构建了"个人层面企业家精神——企业家能力——公司层面企业家精神"的演化模型。研究发现:在不同发展阶段企业成长存在不同的实现路径,企业家能力是推动转换的动力;企业家精神是企业家创新的重要诱因,其内涵将随企业发展阶段及创新环境的不同而发生动态改变;个人层面企业家精神向公司层面企业家精神的转换是实现企业持续创新的重要前提与基本条件。

Entrepreneurship is a dynamic concept that covers many dimensions, and it is transited from the individual level to the company level in the enterprises＂ different stages. This paper sums up the evolutionary process of the entrepreneurship from the individual level to the company level on different stages based on a multiple cases study and constructs the evolution model of individual level entrepreneurship-entrepreneur＇s ability-firm level entrepreneurship. This paper also reveals the realization route of the model on different states of the enterprises＂ development. Entrepreneurship is the source of innovation of the entrepreneurs. Its connotation changes dynamically with the changes of the enterprises＂ development stage and the innovation environment. The entrepreneurship transition from the individual level to the company level is an important prerequisite and basic condition for the enterprise＇s sustainable innovation.
