锁定钢板架桥、桡神经原位旷置技术在肱骨中下段骨折中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在肱骨中下段骨折内固定术及内固定取出术中避免桡神经医源性损伤的方法。方法回顾性分析暨南大学附属第一医院骨科2010年9月至2014年9月应用切开复位锁定钢板架桥、桡神经旷置技术治疗的16例肱骨中下段骨折患者的临床资料。结果 16例患者平均获随访12.3个月(10~18个月),骨折愈合后内固定取出。所有患者在术中术后均未出现医源性桡神经损伤、内固定失败、骨折不愈合、骨化性肌炎等并发症,切口均一期愈合。结论锁定钢板架桥、桡神经原位旷置技术是治疗肱骨中下段骨折的有效方法,固定可靠,愈合率高,可有效避免内固定及内固定取出时造成的医源性桡神经损伤。
