不同莪术醇饵剂对高原鼠兔抗生育效果研究

Study on the anti-fertility effect of different curcumol forms on plateau pika

目的研究0.2%莪术醇饵剂和莪术醇母粉与燕麦拌制成饵粒,控制高原鼠兔的使用方法,为防治高原鼠兔提供科学依据。方法针对不同剂型抗生育剂在野外对高原鼠兔进行控制效果、繁殖率、取食率、安全性等技术指标的测定。结果经调查2011—2012年莪术醇饵剂对高原鼠兔的平均控制效果为35.17%和50.35%,母粉饵粒为36.44%和57.91%,莪术醇饵剂试验区怀胎率平均下降率为49.50%和66.9%。母粉饵粒实验区怀胎率平均下降率为51.60%和72.10%。结论 0.2%莪术醇饵剂和莪术醇母粉对高原鼠兔控制效果较为显著,经调查未发现害鼠天敌动物及非靶标动物二次中毒的发生,说明该药剂使用安全。

Objective To study the effect of 0. 2% curcumas bait and the mixture of curcumol powder with oatmeal on plateau pika,and provide scientific basis for the plateau pika control. Methods The control effect,reproduction rate,feeding,safety and other technical indexes of plateau pika were studied in different fields. Results The average control effects of curcumol bait on plateau pika were 35. 17% and 50. 35% respectively in the year of 2011 and 2012,while those of curcumol powder were 36. 44% and 57. 91%. The average abortion rates were 49. 50% and 66. 9%while treated with curcumol baits,and 51. 60% and 72. 10% with curcumol powder.Conclusion 0. 2% curcumol bait and curcumol powder displayed good control effect on plateau pika,and the secondary poisoning of the natural enemies and non-target animals was not investigated.
