联苯菊酯悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究联苯菊酯悬浮剂中有效成分含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法使用Agilent 5 HC-C18柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相,在203 nm波长下检测联苯菊酯悬浮剂中的药物含量。结果联苯菊酯的线性相关系数为1.000 0,5%联苯菊酯悬浮剂、7.5%联苯菊酯悬浮剂、15%联苯菊酯悬浮剂标准偏差分别为0.049、0.059、0.128,变异系数分别为0.98%、0.89%、0.88%,平均回收率分别为99.31%、100.64%、99.86%。结论该方法简便、快速,线性关系好,精密度和准确度较高,适用于联苯菊酯悬浮剂的含量检测。 Objective To establish the method for determination of active ingredient in bifenthrin suspension concentrate(SC) by HPLC.Methods The separation and determination of bifenthrin in the samples were conducted with Agilent 5 HC-C18 column and VWD detector at 203 nm,while the mixture solution of methanol and water was used as the mobile phase.Results The linear correlation coefficient of bifenthrin was 1. 000 0.the standard deviations of 5% bifenthrin SC,7. 5% bifenthrin SC and 15% bifenthrin SC were 0. 049,0. 059 and 0. 128,the variation coefficients were 0. 98%,0. 89% and 0. 88%,the average recoveries were 99. 31%,100. 64% and 99. 86%.Conclusion The method is of fast,simple,good separation,high precision and accuracy,which can be used in determination of bifenthrin.
