摘要
目的了解长宁区夏季学校蚊虫侵害状况,为学校蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法随机选取长宁区2所高校、5所中小学校、5所幼儿园作为调查对象,采取孳生地调查和人诱法成蚊监测相结合的方法,分别对各学校6、8月蚊虫侵害状况进行调查。结果 6月份孳生地阳性率为11.11%,高于8月份的7.14%。大学的蚊虫孳生地阳性率最高(11.23%),其次是幼儿园(9.49%),最低是中小学(7.11%)。6月份成蚊密度高于8月份,16:30—17:00时段,捕获的蚊虫以白纹伊蚊为主,占94.44%,19:00—19:30时段,捕获的蚊虫以淡色库蚊为主,占77.30%。结论上海市长宁区学校蚊虫侵害指标和蚊虫孳生地阳性数均高于上海市地方标准的相应指标,建议教育部门应加大校园环境治理力度,清除蚊虫孳生地,将蚊虫密度降低到无害水平。
Objective To investigate the mosquito infestations in different schools in Changning,and provide a scientific basis for the mosquito control of school. Methods Two universities,five nurseries,five primary and secondary schools were randomly selected in Changning District for the investigation. The mosquito infestations in the nurseries and schools in June and August were evaluated by investigation on mosquito breeding sites and human-baited trapping.Results The positive rate of breeding sites in June was higher than in August(11. 11% vs 7. 14%).The highest positive rate of mosquito breeding sites was in the universities(11. 23%),followed by the nurseries(9. 49%).The primary and secondary schools held the lowest(7. 11%); The density of adult mosquitoes in June was higher than in August.At the time of 16: 30-17: 00,most of the mosquitoes captured were Aedes albopictus accounting for 94. 44%; while at the time of 19: 00-19: 30,most of the captured mosquitoes were Culex pipiens pallens accounting for 77. 30%. Conclusion The indices of mosquito infestation and numbers of mosquito breeding sites of school in Changning were significantly higher than the local standards. It is recommended that education departments should increase the efforts to improve the campus environment,eliminate mosquito breeding sites and reduce mosquito density.
