摘要 目的了解东营市蚊虫密度、种群构成及季节消长规律,为制定蚊虫防治措施提供科学依据。方法统一使用光催化诱蚊灯法进行监测。结果全市共捕获蚊虫4 771只,其中淡色库4 185只,占87.63%,为东营市优势蚊种;中华按蚊325只,占6.81%;三带喙库蚊228只,占4.77%;不同生境蚊密度以牲畜棚最高,为7.20/(台·h)。成蚊密度7月份达到最高峰,为5.08只/(台·h);9月份形成第2高峰,为4.11只/(台·h),呈双峰分布。结论通过本次调查基本了解了东营市蚊虫密度、种群构成及季节消长规律,为进一步搞好消杀灭蚊工作提供了依据。工作重点应放在农村、城乡结合部、郊区等生境蚊密度相对较高的区域,切实降低蚊虫密度,有效预防和控制病媒生物性传染病的传播和发生。 Objective To master the seasonal fluctuation and density of mosquitoes and their population distribution in Dongying City,and provide the basis for developing mosquito control programs. Methods Mosquito lure lamp method was used.Results A total of 4 771 mosquitoes were captured including 4 185 Culex pipiens pallens,which was the dominant species accounting for 87. 63%. There were 325 Anopheles sinensis accounting for 6. 81%,228 Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounting for 4. 77%. The highest mosquito density was 7. 20 mosquito per hour,happened in the barn of among different habitats. The first mosquito density peak appeared in July with the density of 5. 08 mosquito per hour,and the second was in September with 4. 11 mosquito per hour.Conclusion The density and the population distribution and their seasonality of mosquitoes in Dongying City were documented in this study.The mosquito control work should focus on rural areas,urban and periurban communities and suburban areas with relatively high habitat mosquito density.
