摘要 目的优选鲜山楂果肉药效物质提取工艺。方法建立鲜山楂提取物中绿原酸、金丝桃苷、熊果酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法以及提取物DPPH自由基清除率测定方法,以3种药效成分的含量以及提取物DPPH自由基清除率为指标,归一值法综合评分,正交设计优选鲜山楂果肉药效物质的提取工艺。结果鲜山楂果肉以8倍量80%乙醇加热回流提取3次,每次2 h为最佳提取工艺。结论该工艺制备的鲜山楂提取物药效活性成分含量高,DPPH自由基清除力强,重复性好,合理可行。 Objective To optimize the extraction of the medicative substances from fresh hawthom. Methods HPLC method was used to determined the content of chlorogenic acid, hyperoside and ursolic acid in hawthorn extraction. The DPPH scavenging ability of the extraction was also measured. The contents of 3 active ingredients and DPPH scavenging rate of the extraction were taken as indexes, the overall normalizing method was used for comprehensive grading, and the extraction of medicative substances from fresh hawthorn was optimized by orthogonal design. Results The optimum extraction process was 8 times of 80% ethanol, extracting fbr 3 times and 2 h each time. Conclusion The extraction is feasible, stable and reasonable, and the product is rich in active ingredients.
