摘要
目的利用自主研发的全时段多波长融合软件,建立中药蛇床子有效成分的多波长融合指纹图谱,对蛇床子药材进行质量控制。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent poroshell SB-C_(18)(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈,线性梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL·min^(-1);柱温25℃;DAD检测器波长为230、245、322 nm,使用Matlab软件编程,对3个波长下的".dif"格式数据进行等基线数据多波长覆盖融合。结果本方法各主要成分色谱峰之间有良好的分离度,佛手柑内酯、欧前胡素、蛇床子素分别在0.067~0.402μg、0.334~2.004μg、0.799~4.794μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论该方法简便、合理、可靠、重复性好,可用于蛇床子药材的质量评价。
Objective To establish a multi-wavelength integration fingerprint of the effective components in Chinese cnidium fruit, and to control its quality. Methods Agilent poroshell SB-C18 (100 mm × 4.6 mm, 2.7 μm) column was wsed, the mobile phase sonsisted of 0.1% froemic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile and gradient elution, and the flow rate was 0.8 mL min- 1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ ; the DAD detector wavelength was 230 nm, 245 nm and 322 nm. Matlab software programming was used for baseline multi- wavelength coverage integration of ".dif" format data at 3 wavelengths. Results The main component peaks had a good linearity and separation. The standard curves were linear at 0.067 -- 0.402 μg, 0.334 -- 2.004 μg, and 0.799 -- 4.794 μg for the 3 ingredients, Conclusion The method is simple, rational, and reliable, and can be used for the quality evaluation ofFructus Cnidii.
