基于文献分析糖尿病肾病临床用穴规律

Analysis of the Clinical Acupoint Rule Application in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy Base on the Literature

目的:总结和分析以穴位刺激作用治疗糖尿病肾病临床文献的取穴规律。方法:制定文献纳入和排除标准以及文献检索策略,计算机检索中国中医药数据库、知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库,时间为建库至2016年5月,筛选出符合纳入标准的文献45篇,对其取穴规律进行分析总结。结果:以穴位刺激作用治疗糖尿病肾病的腧穴主要取于足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经、任脉、足少阴肾经和足太阴脾经;使用频次前十的腧穴依次为肾俞、足三里、三阴交、太溪、关元、脾俞、阴陵泉、合谷、中脘、太冲;穴位所在部位以腰背部、下肢部、胸腹部为主。结论以穴位刺激作用治疗糖尿病肾病以循经取穴、局部取穴相结合,穴位多选用肾俞、足三里、三阴交、太溪、关元等,主要分布于足太阳膀胱经和足阳明胃经,配穴则以辨证取穴为主。

Objective： To summarize and analyze the rules of selecting points in acupuncture clinical literature of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Making literature inclusion and exclusion criteria and literature retrieval strategies, computer retrieval Chinese TCM database, CNKI database, Wanfang database, VIP database, time is up to May 2016, 45 literature were selected to meet the inclusion criteria, and the law of the points was analyzed and summarized. Results： To acupoint stimulation effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy acupoints mainly in foot Taiyang bladder, stomach meridian of Foot Yangming, Ren meridian, foot Shaoyin kidney and the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin; the frequency of use of ten acupoints were Shenshu, Zusan Li, Sanyin Jiao, Taixi, Guanyuan, Pishu, Yinling Quan, Zhongwan, Hegu, Taichong; acupoint area of low back and lower limbs, chest and abdomen. Conclusion： To acupoint stimulation treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the meridian point, local acupoint combined with acupoint choice Shenshu, Zusan Li, Sanyinjiao, Taixi, Guanyuan, mainly distributed in foot Taiyang bladder meridian and stomach meridian of foot Yangming, acupoints is dialectical acupoints mainly.
