自拟清肝降压汤治疗肝阳上亢原发性高血压临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Primary Hypertension with Ganyangshangkang by Self made Qinggan Jiangya TANG

目的:观察自拟清肝降压汤联合西药对于肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病患者血压数值的影响。方法:选取肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病40例,随机分为两组。对照组20例,采用常规西药降压治疗方案治疗;治疗组20例,在对照组治疗基础上加服自拟清肝降压汤。两组疗程均为1个月。记录治疗前后中医证候积分以及血压。结果:两组的全天平均收缩压、舒张压均明显降低(P<0.01);两组治疗后的中医证候积分较治疗前有所下降(P<0.01)。治疗组全天平均收缩压、舒张压降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后的中医证候积分较对照治疗后的中医证候积分降低更明显(P<0.01)。结论:自拟清肝降压汤与常规西药联合应用在治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病领域疗效优于单独使用常规西药。

Objective： To observe the effect of Qinggan Jiangya decoction combined with western medicine for liver yang hyperactivity type blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension. Methods： numerical ganyangshangkang type 40 cases of primary hypertension, were randomly divided into two groups. 20 cases in control group were treated by conventional western medicine treatment of hypertension treatment; treatment group of 20 patients in the control group treated with Qinggan Jiangya Decoction served. Two groups were treated for 1 months. The record before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, blood pressure. Results ： the two groups all day long average systolic blood pres- sure, diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly （ P〈0.01 ） ; TCM syndrome score in two groups after decreased after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The treatment group all day long average systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly than the control group （ P〈0.01 ）. The treatment of TCM syndrome integral after treatment com- pared with the control group of TCM syndrome integral after treatment decreased significantly （P〈0.01）; conclusion： The combination of self-made Qinggan Jiangya Decoction and routine western medicine is more effective than the routine western medicine in the treatment of primary hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity type
