摘要
目的:观察耳穴压丸治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法:将160例诊断明确的颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。治疗组给予耳穴压丸治疗,对照组给予口服阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察对比治疗后3个月患者的血脂水平和颈动脉内一中膜厚度(IMT)情况。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后的TC、TG,LDL-C和IMT均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),2组治疗后的血脂水平和IMT相比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴压丸治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效与药物阿托伐他汀钙片相当。
Objective： To observe the effect of auricular-seed-pressing in treating carotid atherosclerosis. Methods： 160 patients with definite carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 80 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with auricular-seed-pressing, and the control group was treated with oral atorvastatin to observe the blood lipid level and the intra-carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） in 3 months after treatment. Results： The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and IMT in the treatment group and the control group were sig- nificantly improved （P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05））. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of auricular-seed-pressing in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis is comparable to that of drug atorvastatin.
